Touring Park Comments

We found the campsite to be an unspoilt and natural habitat, quiet and peaceful and very clean. On arrival the owners were very friendly and extremely helpful and provided essential information, such as where our favourite supermarket could be found, and which were the nearest and prettiest beaches. Also when the weather wasn't quite so clement, where we could find entertainment for the children. The newly built shower blocks were nice and kept clean and fresh (lovely powerful showers) An added bonus was the static caravan which has been converted to provide a place to wash up, a separate room for changing babies, a place to charge up your mobiles/rechargeable lamps etc. And if the weather was really really bad, a place to escape from the tent and sit in the dry for an hour! Altogether a lovely site and one I'm sure we'll visit again.

"My son and I returned to Valley View last week and it was still as fantastic as we remembered from last year. The site is very clean and well tended, we pitched our tent in a different place and really benefited with the breathtaking 'Valley View'. The toilet/shower block is still like new and clean at all times. The addition of the dishwashing/freezer area is a bonus and much appreciated. Yet again the site owners cannot do enough for their guests, they are the nicest people you could meet. We have already made the decision to go back next year but for longer! The site is central to  everywhere and has lovely beaches that are a short drive away. I would
recommend this site to anyone who wants a family holiday - it is definitely the 'cream' of Cornwall!!"

Very nice site, easy to get to from the main Blackwater road. Toilet facilities, excellent and kept very clean. The site is very clean, tidy and well maintained. Nice site run by nice people. Within short distance of an excellent transport cafe with good food. (Smokey Joes). Superb countryside views. I can definitely recommend this site.

This is by far the nicest site we have ever stayed on. The toilet and shower blocks were immaculate. The owner is a lovely lady who couldn't be friendlier if she tried, she told us all the best places to visit etc. We have booked again for this summer, when it came to organising this summers holiday we didn't want to go anywhere else. Valley View is a site that is safe for children, central to most attractions, clean and tidy and has plenty of room. I would recommend this site to everyone.

We spent 2 weeks at this site recently and had a great time. We were due to move on after afew days but didn't bother. The site and facilities have all you need , a pleasant shower block and dish washing in a static caravan where you can sit if it pours with rain. The field is slightly sloping with level places and is very handy for all the local Tourist destinations. We found that nothing was more than an hour away and most places much closer. The owners are friendly and helpful and the local pub does great meals as does Smokey Joe's down the road for something more basic. Thank you for a lovely holiday Charlie and family! Sept/Oct 2009.

"Friendly family run campsite, well kept, with beautiful views. Shower blocks and washing facilities always clean and tidy. The owners are friendly and always helpful, recommending places to visit. An ideal family campsite, quiet and peaceful, and well situated for visits to the beach or local attractions. One site we will return to each year. August 2009.
